SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery) All digital products are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method: After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email from Studio Olea (via our partner, Pendora) containing your download link.

Delivery Time: Instant. If you do not receive your email within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting info@studioolea.co.

2. Physical Products

Processing Time: We aim to process physical orders within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates: Rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on your location (Domestic Belgium vs. International).

Tracking: Once your physical order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Duties: For international orders outside of the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes incurred.

3. Mixed Orders If your order contains both digital and physical items, the digital content will be delivered instantly, while physical items will be shipped separately according to the timelines above.
