Note on Digital Content: In accordance with EU consumer law, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the link has been delivered. Note on Physical Goods: Orders for physical merchandise or clothing are subject to availability and processing times.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY For physical products (merchandise/apparel), title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays or events outside our control. For digital products, delivery is deemed complete upon transmission of the download link.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All Services, including text, graphics, Larken typography styling, apparel designs, and digital files, are the exclusive property of Studio Olea. Usage License: Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute digital files or original apparel designs without prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide access to third-party tools (such as Pendora for digital delivery). We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
